Special Announcement: New Owner & New Phone System

Dear Valued GTS Customer:

Gosh how time has flown by! The last time an email was sent out to you about GTS was when my youngest child was born four years ago! Well there are a few things to update everyone with. First I want to thank every single one of you for your loyalty and dedication you have shown to GTS for the past 25 years we have been in business. These past 15 months for us as a company has been difficult but because of the customer base that we have, we still remain successful today! 

I am not sure if many of you know but my parents, Jerry and Victoria Stallard have decided to step down from their positions here at GTS. They are now living the retired life and I am in the process of purchasing the company to be 100% sole owner. This is a very exciting but stressful time here and I couldn’t do it of course without the support of my parents over the years and without my incredible team of employees I am so fortunate to have. We have some ideas and plans on how to grow with this changing technology climate we all live in today to help companies like yours succeed.

The first thing we are getting off the ground is a new hosted phone system called the 3CX. Scott did a lot of research in selecting the type of hosted system that would be best for all customers, new and existing. When I asked him the best things he likes about this system he named off many, but a few stuck out to most that I find most valuable about it.

  • The 3CX comes with a mobile app. If you are out of the office because you need to pick your kids up from school or need to run out for errands you don’t need to worry about forwarding your number. Every time your phone rings at the office, it rings on your cell phone as well. This option can be turned on and off with a press of a button on your cell phone.
  • You can take the physical phone home with you and it will still work as it would at your office. A lot of companies are still working either fully at home or hybrid these days. Take your phone home with you so it’s like you never left the office!
  • The interface management is very simple and user friendly! You don’t need to call an 800 number to get tech support either, like many of these other hosted systems. You can still make the changes yourself or with Scott’s help!
  • Last but not least is how cost efficient it is. Many of the hosted systems make you pay per user, not with the 3CX. You pay by how many lines you want which are SIP. Going with SIP is much more cost effective these days than the T1/PRI circuits or analog lines many of you still may have.

Like I said, this is a very exciting time here at GTS and I am very much looking forward to the future of this company. With it being a second generation woman-owned company, I look forward to all the blessings and challenges it brings to me over the next 25 years. Thank you all again!
