We recently needed to move our distribution company due to an eminent domain project in Summit County, Ohio.

We had very little time to renovate our new location and didn’t know where to go for voice & data.

We had experimented with several contractors over 22 years of business and have always felt “held captive” with all three previous contractors, with their poor service. Our company has dealt with mediocrity because we couldn’t find a truly professional company.

I had seen GTS Communication vehicles quite a few times over the last two years and thought when we move, I’ll give them a call. GTS, hands down, has surpassed ALL expectations we had come to accept from the three previous contractors.  The cabling for our voice, data, machines and audio was handled with the utmost efficiency, perfection in workmanship and professionalism from every person.

With GTS, from the very beginning we were greeted confidently on the phone, followed up promptly with a bid. We made several changes to our plan, all of which were followed up promptly with as many bids. The GTS bid was right priced, and after meeting Jason Leon, the estimator, followed by Anthony, Jeff and Mike, I got it. Pro’s. Michelle on the inside completed the picture. Our property will continue to be in good hands moving forward.

I realize that GTS is larger than the five people we worked with on this project. But it felt like they were always here for us- nobody else. When was there ever that much continuity with any supplier, vendor or contractor?

The purpose of this letter is to commend you and your staff for a job well done.

When our phones took an electrical spike last week, your company was quick to react with getting us back in business. A frantic cell phone call to your office resulted in a personal visit from you within the hour. You took the time to review our needs and recommend a system that fit our business application perfectly. Then, with a quick fix bypassing the dead system, we had phone service until the new system could be installed.

As you promised, Danny arrived at our office the next business day with new equipment ready to go. After a few minutes showing Danny where everything was located, he jumped right in and began working his magic. Within a few hours, we were back in business. Then, he took it a step further and programmed all 12 phones with certain features unique to each employee's needs. Danny's attention to detail was impeccable.

As we all know, having an inoperable phone system can cost a company thousands of dollars in lost business. We avoided this disaster thanks to the entire staff at GTS Communications. Our next project for GTS will be to upgrade our surveillance system. I'm positive that we will not be disappointed.
